Types of Humanitarian Visas
Subclass 200 – Refugee Visa

Subclass 201 – In-Country Special Humanitarian Visa

Subclass 202 – Global Special Humanitarian Visa
For those with a proposer in Australia who face human rights abuses in their home country.
Subclass 203 – Emergency Rescue Visa
For individuals in immediate danger requiring urgent resettlement.
Subclass 204 – Women at Risk Visa
For women at significant risk of harm, often without male protection.
Application Process
